Our beautiful backdrops are printed in Australia and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. If you have any specific themes in mind for your child's cakesmash, please let me know and we can discuss your options. Where possible, I highly recommend booking well in advance so that I can do my best to accommodate any requests.

THE PHOTOSHOOT
During your photo session, I'll guide you through multiple poses and combinations of your family, then we'll get onto the cake smash and bubble bath!

To make the day of your session run smoothly and to ensure you arrive relaxed and on-time, make sure to prepare your outfits and anything else you need to day before.
PREP THE DAY BEFORE
I'm so excited to meet you! To book, simply use the booking calendar to choose the type of session you'd like and the date you're after and then you're all booked in!
FINAL IMAGE GALLERY
Your final gallery of images will be ready to view approximately 3-4 weeks after your session. You will be able to download your high resolution files right from your online gallery as well as order prints should you wish to!

FAQ.
When should we schedule our cakesmash session for?
The earlier the better! I have a selection of backdrops available in the studio for last minute requests but if you have a specific theme/style in mind a minimum of 3 weeks is required.
How long does a cakesmash session take?
Cakesmash sessions take around 45minutes to an hour. During this time we update your family photos, eat cake and finish off with a bubble bath!
We don't know what to wear, can you help us choose?
Absolutely, you can check out the Inspiration Board for ideas as well as The Client Wardrobe too. If you're still not quite sure what to bring or what to wear, just get in touch! I'm more than happy to do a phone consultation to talk you through everything.
When do we receive all our images from the photoshoot?
Approximately 3 weeks after your session you'll receive an email with your online gallery! Your online gallery consists of all the best images from your photoshoot, ready to download as high resolution files, suitable for printing and web resolution files suitable for sharing online with family. If you need your images sooner for a birthday party invitation etc, please let me know.
When is the best time for a cakesmash session?
Often families will choose to have the cakesmash session on the childs birthday - what a fun celebration!!
If you would like the images for an invitation or party decorations then I suggest at least 2 weeks before your childs birthday.
What do we need to supply?
Everything your child needs for their cakesmash session is included in our packages but if you have a special item you would like to include or a particular outfit you would like them to wear be sure to bring that along.
For the adults I recommend an old T Shirt to throw over your nice clothes so you dont get covered in cake too!
