Little Willow’s Newborn Photoshoot

I recently had the most beautiful newborn session in my Papakura studio with little Willow and her gorgeous family. Her parents brought her in for her very first photoshoot, and her big brother joined in for some adorable sibling shots. Seeing the way he looked at her—with pure love and curiosity—was just the sweetest thing. Capturing those little moments of connection between siblings is always so special, especially in the early days when everything still feels so new.

Willow’s mum looked absolutely radiant during the session. You could see the pure love and happiness radiating from her as she embraced her new baby girl. There’s something truly magical about those early days of motherhood—the exhausted but blissful glow, the way a mother instinctively holds her newborn close, and the quiet moments of love that pass between them. These are the moments that make me fall in love with my job over and over again. As an Auckland Newborn Photographer, I feel so honoured to capture these memories for families to look back on for years to come.
